This waterproof thermometer is ideal for use in dishwashers and measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to 199.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and features a max/min temperature recording function and at the back of the instrument a discreet °C/°F and reset button.

The waterproof thermometer incorporates a Ø3.5 x 120 mm stainless steel penetration probe. The thermometer can also be placed inside a dishwasher to ensure the maximum cycle temperature is correct. This instrument can also be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer.
